NOW (Now TV) offers no phone support for streaming members — contact them via live chat through the Help Centre at help.nowtv.com. Now TV is a streaming service owned by Sky.
Now TV offers passes for Entertainment, Cinema, Sport, and Kids. Each is billed separately and may need to be cancelled individually. Check the account at nowtv.com or recent bank statements.
Cancel all active passes. Now TV passes are typically monthly and do not have a minimum term. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If annual passes were held, ask about pro-rata refunds.

Accounts or services are usually frozen until the estate is administered, which means no new transactions can be authorised.
Now TV passes purchased through a smart TV app store (Samsung, LG, Roku, Apple TV) may need to be cancelled through that app store rather than Now TV directly. Check the payment method to identify where the subscription was managed.
Once Now TV receives your notification and confirms receipt, the account or service will be frozen and no new transactions will be authorised. Estate administration can then begin.
Now TV will confirm receipt of your notification and advise you of any next steps required to close or transfer the account or policy. Keep a record of all correspondence and reference numbers for the estate file.
Do not delay notifying Now TV
Direct debits and standing orders may continue to be charged after death. Some organisations treat the estate as the debtor for any charges incurred before notification. Notifying Now TV promptly protects the estate from unnecessary costs.
