Deliveroo Plus is a monthly subscription offering free delivery. Cancel this immediately to stop ongoing charges. Log in to the account at deliveroo.co.uk or use the Help Centre if you cannot access the account.
Deliveroo accounts may have credit from refunds or promotional offers. Ask Deliveroo whether this can be refunded to the estate before the account is closed.
Deliveroo will close the account on request. Provide the deceased's email address and contact Deliveroo support with proof of death if required.
